Check the Library before you buy the title again.
Audible says a new purchase may take a few seconds to appear. If it still is not visible, refresh the app Library, search with the In your library filter, and check the Library's Hiddenlist and other filters. Then confirm that the app is signed in to the same account and marketplace used for the purchase. Purchase history and the title's access label help distinguish an owned title from one that was only included for a time.
Troubleshooting order
Use the least disruptive checks first.
- Give a new purchase a moment, then refresh the Library. Audible says delivery can take a few seconds. In the app, open Library and drag down from the top until the loading symbol appears. Make sure the app is current if the refresh does not complete.
- Search the Library rather than the whole catalog. In the Audible app's search suggestions, choose In your library. Audible says this can surface titles you own even when they are no longer available in the current catalog.
- Clear the view, not the title. Check the Library's filters and sort controls, then look in Library, Lists, and Hidden. A Hidden title can be restored by choosing its three-dot menu and Remove from list.
- Confirm the marketplace and account. Audible says a title can disappear when the app is signed in to a different marketplace. Sign out of the app, sign in again, and choose the marketplace where you made the purchase. Do not create another account or repurchase until that check is complete.
- Review Purchase history on Audible's site. Look for a declined or unfinished order as well as the completed purchase. If the title is for a Kids Profile, Audible says the adult account holder must share it before it appears there.

Audible says titles bought with a credit or payment card appear in the Library and remain there while they are available on Audible. If the title is absent, treat it as a Library, account, marketplace, or transaction check—not proof that you need to buy it again.
Added through membership access
Check whether the title is locked or no longer included
Audible says Plus Catalog titles can rotate, and titles added without a credit can lock after membership access ends or the title leaves the catalog. A lock is an access change, not necessarily a missing purchase.

Audible's missing-title guidance directs listeners to Customer Support when the troubleshooting steps do not restore the title. Have the title name, purchase date, marketplace, and the result from Purchase history ready. Avoid permanent deletion while troubleshooting. Audible says permanent deletion removes access from the Library and devices, while a simple download removal does not. That distinction is especially important if the title only appears to be missing because of a filter or a different marketplace.

Can I find a title that Audible no longer sells?
Audible says the In your library search filter can find titles you own even if they no longer appear in the active catalog. That does not establish access to a title that was only included through a rotating membership catalog.
Should I download the audiobook again?
First make sure the title is visible in the Library and your account has access. Downloading is a separate offline-listening step; use our Audible download guide once the Library record is present.
Can changing the Audible marketplace hide my Library?
Yes. Audible says signing in to the wrong marketplace can make titles unavailable in the Library. Return to the marketplace where the purchase was made before concluding that the audiobook was removed.
